Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
At Pletha, we are committed to providing exceptional AI automation and digital consultancy services. Since our services are digital and intangible in nature, our refund policy differs from that of physical goods. By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Important Note regarding Custom Agreements: In the event that a specific Scope of Work (SOW) or custom Service Agreement has been mutually agreed upon between the Client and Pletha, the refund and cancellation terms outlined in that specific document shall take precedence over and supersede the general terms listed on this page.
2. No Refunds After Service Initiation
Due to the custom nature of our work (software setup, strategy consulting, and automation integration), we do not offer refunds once the service delivery process has commenced.
- "Service Initiation" is defined as the moment our team begins the preliminary research, strategy planning, or technical setup for your project.
- Once a strategy call has been completed or a project roadmap has been delivered, the fee is non-refundable.
3. Cancellation Window
We understand that circumstances may change. Clients are eligible for a full refund if a cancellation request is made within 3 days (72 hours) of the initial payment, provided that no work has started and no onboarding calls have taken place.

4. Agency Cancellation
If Pletha is unable to fulfill the agreed-upon services due to internal reasons or capacity constraints, a full refund will be issued to the client within 7-14 business days.
5. Dispute Resolution
We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed with full documentation of the service agreement, work logs, and communication history.
